Lansdowne Under 15s came out on top in a tight battle against a very spirited Malahide side in the Leinster School and Youth U15 Division 1 League final.

Down to 14 players after 20 minutes, the boys responded well with 6 tried to win 34-26 on a rare balmy afternoon in Ballycorus.

The win backs up this squad's ability and attitude having won the u14 league final on this day last season.

The boys are ably coached by Dan Murphy and Jack Matthews (supported by a great bunch of Mums and Dads). This team are in with a chance to do the double with the U15 Metro Cup final to be held next Wednesday evening at 7:30pm against Coolmine on the back pitch in Lansdowne Road.
