The U13s were split in two directions today with Team A at home to Malahide and Team B away to Greystones. The B's narrowly lost 32-26 after being denied a last minute try which was adjudged to be a knock on.
The A's won against Malhide 19-10 in a splendid performance on the Back Pitch. A great break off the back of a scrum on the Malahide 5 metre by Freddie Fegan ably and intelligently supported by Jack Clarke who took a very opportunistic touch town Peter Stringers style over the ruck to place the ball one handed.
Noah Crowley in a similar vein took out at least 4 tacklers and made about 6 meters through no-mans land to plant the ball on the whitewash. The boys did really well and all the quick hands are paying dividends.
