Where else but Lansdowne FC can you turn up on a sunny Sunday morning and get a coaching masterclass from an Ireland 7s International and Olympian Mark Roche.

Lansdowne man Mark is only delighted to hand on his knowledge to the U15s and even brought down some of his kit to hand out to the boys. Lucky lads indeed.

Busy days ahead for the youths teams as we approach the Leagues so best of luck to them all. We know Rochey will be keeping a tight eye on the lads and their performance.
