Two former Lansdowne youth players JJ Hession and David Moran both made their Senior XV debut on Friday night in the Leinster League Division 1B fixture against Terenure on the back pitch at the Aviva Stadium.

Lansdowne won 31-14 against a tough Terenure side who got the better of us in the scrums of the first half and were awarded two penalty tries. However this was their only score and both JJ and David made a large contribution to the overall result.

Another massive contribution to the overall result was from Lansdowne's Mark Boyle (brother of Connacht's & Ireland's Paul Boyle). Mark was a constant on the training ground with Lansdowne Youths last year and maybe we could persuade him back.
