3-      Presentation and adoption of the Honorary Secretary’s Report for the 2025/26 season. 

4-      Election of Officers and Captain for the 2026/27 season 
a)       President ; 
b)      Vice President; 
c)       Deputy Vice President; 
d)      Honorary Secretary; 
e)      Honorary Treasurer; 
f)        Club Captain;
g)       Leinster Branch Representative. 

5-      Election of Honorary Life Member(s). 
6-      Proposed resolution per Rule 6 (e), to delegate the election or appointment of any Honorary officer or office holder that has not been elected at this End of Season Meeting to the Executive Committee. 
7-      Appointment of Trustee of the Club. 
8-      Any Other Business. 

Take NOTICE that a special general meeting of the Club will take place at the Lansdowne Road Pavilion on 7 May 2026 immediately following the End of Season Annual General Meeting to consider the proposal by the Executive Committee that the existing Club Rules be replaced by a new Club Constitution, a copy of which, together with an explanatory memorandum, will be made available for inspection in advance of the vote.
