Lansdowne and Suttonians Under 16s went hammer and tongs at each other and put on a display of top quality tit for tat rugby on the back pitch in the penultimate grading series to determine League spots for January.  Suttonians were no pushover and were superb under the high ball what with them having 3 Dublin GAA minors on the panel.

In a match that saw the Sandymount flyer Danny Shine put in two tries from the wing position each superbly converted from the boot of Marcus Baily and tries also from Harrison Maugham and Dylan Duffy,

This win sees Lansdowne proceed to the Premier division for the League after Christmas.
