Lansdowne FC are inviting applications for the role of Team Manager for our new and historic first ever Womens' Senior Team.
This marks an exciting new era for Lansdowne FC, as our men’s sides have had huge success in recent years, and the club is equally ambitious for our womens' teams.
The club has excellent facilities and our players play on one of the most iconic playing surfaces in international rugby. Our recent development at Claremont Road has expanded our rugby facilities even further.
The Manager's role:
- Act as the main point of contact for the women’s team.
- To coordinate with Head coach and assistant coach(es) to plan/deliver appropriate fundamental skills and understanding of the game.
- Support the club in player recruitment, retention, development, and engage with the youth girls programme.
- Most importantly to create a thriving, enjoyable and competitive environment for the players to play rugby.
- Reporting to the Director of Women's Rugby/Chairman of Rugby.
