As the @IrishRugby team prepares for their first game of the Rugby World Cup this Saturday, we visited @LansdowneFC, the home club of Irish international players Dan Sheehan, Ronan Kelleher, Tadhg Beirne and previous club of Irish star, James Ryan . Club President, Stephen Rooney, speaks about the players' careers to date, from representing Lansdowne FC in the AIL to representing Ireland in the @rugbyworldcup

He also speaks about the pride within Lansdowne FC to have so many representatives on the international stage. As Stephen says, the club is there “to help players achieve their potential. If we can just help them along their rugby journey and make them better rugby players, then that’s what really gives us the satisfaction.”
